3 weeks out update!


What’s up r/bb? It’s update time!I made a post when I was 8 weeks out, and now I am 3 weeks out and providing an update. Oddly enough, strength hasn’t decreased that much if at all, so I haven’t had to worry about changing much. The major difference has been cardio. Currently at an hour AM and PM 6 days a week. Off Sunday. The split is:Monday: Upper Chest/ Back Width Tuesday: Legs Wednesday: Off/ Abs Thursday: Chest/ Delts Friday: Back/ Tris Saturday: Upper Chest/ Bis Sunday: Off/ AbsDiet has changed from my last post though, a couple of times actually. My current diet is:Meal 1: 6 whole eggsMeal 2: 40g whey, 1 1/2 tbsp Macadamia nut oilMeal 3: 6 oz salmon, 120g green beansPWO meal: 40g whey, 16g coconut oilPost meal: 6 oz chicken, 32g almond butterMeal 6: 4 oz 90/10 ground sirloin, 2 whole eggs, 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil, spinach and cucumber saladAny other questions, feel free to ask!
